Silly quick sketch of myself as a placeholder

I'm Shaman. I've been meaning to make a website for a while now. A personal one, I mean. I did work on a google site to organize my class notes, but now that I've finished college I want to make something more intimate and maybe try to improve my html? since it's pretty basic at the moment. Also, to practice some English while I'm on it as it's not my first language.

There are so many things I could do here. And I always get so overwhelmed with ideas! So I'll try to start with something like this, even if it's really bare-bones, and work on the aesthetics later. Maybe add a drawing of myself on the side of this and so on. For now, I'm going to make a list of objectives:

  • Learn CSS. I kind of know the basics of html already since I learned those at high school, but the pandemic started when we were about to learn CSS. If I never learn it, I'll feel as if I've failed that subject!
  • Write an "about me" page. This website is for me to talk about whatever I want to! I should make a little introduction about myself and also add links to my other media. I'd like to have it all organized like that.
  • Write an "interests" page. Since that's mostly what I'm looking forward to with this...
  • Write a "reviews" page. I feel kind of sky to publish my own reviews at other social media (just sometimes). Doing them here feels more private.
  • Write an "original content" page. I honestly don't know how to title that one. "Original content" is one way to put it, I guess. Mostly for little writings, drawings or ideas I have. I guess 1GB of space is enough for the pictures that I'm gonna use for now.

Those are my goals for now. We'll see how it goes! Now I'd like to make a list about other objectives I have for when I finish my exams.

Games

I've got so many games on standby... I do play a lot but I'm very slow. I take a loooot of time and always refuse to look up guides or walkthroughs (which usually ends up with me dropping the game for three months). So this is not really a list of objectives but rather a reminder to not start so many new games!!

That's enough!! No wonder I never finish anything!

Another goal I have is to start selling art commissions. I honestly don't know how to do it or if anyone will be willing to pay me, but I'm going to need the money for university! I've won a few art contests and I'd say my drawings are pretty decent, so now I need to find a way to reach people.

That would be it for now! It feels good knowing I spent an hour writing so focused like this. I haven't been focusing properly lately (mostly because I didn't want to study), so let's hope the motivation I feel now lasts. I'm excited to keep working on this!

Tufai, a project I've been working on. It's about a robot who's trying to come back to Earth after an expedition in space.
